1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/8 tsp salt
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
Recipe
Mix flour, coconut and salt together. Pour in milk and vanilla and stir well to make a tick batter. Drop by tablespoon onto well greased cookie sheet. Place cookies approx. 1" apart. Bake till golden brown. Remove from pan and cool on rack. Bake 350 for 12 to 20 min. depending on how big you make them. You can use 1/4 cup for the cookies to make them really large. I usually cut cherries into pieces and place a piece in the centers.
