    1 pkg. Hot Italian Sausage (about 1 pound)
    5 cans Pasta Style Del Monte Diced Tomatoes
    1 can of Red Kidney Beans (I use the light)
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    vegetable, zucchini, beans, broccoli (whatever you like or what's in season)
    Basil
    Salt & Pepper
    Hot Crushed Red Pepper

    Recipe



    Brown sausage in stockpot and add tomatoes, can of kidney beans and rest of ingredients. Cover and cook on low till done. You could do this in the crockpot after browning the sausage.
