Cappuccino

This makes a great gift to go along with cookies in a jar!

Each recipe makes 2-12 ounce jars. Each jar holds 16 servings.



List of Ingredients




1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1 cup powdered chocolate drink mix, I use Hershey's
2/3 cup instant coffee granules
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg


Recipe



Have ready 2-12 ounce canning jars. put the instant coffee into a food processor or blender and blend until coffee becomes a fine powder. You can also put coffee into a large zip-loc bag and crush it with a rolling pin.
In a large bowl, combine all above and mix very well. Spoon into 2-12 ounce canning jars.
Attach a note to each jar that reads: "Cappuccino: Mix 3 tablespoons of powder with 6 ounces hot water."
