BBQ Meatloaf

List of Ingredients




2 pounds Lean ground beef
1 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
1 large Onion chopped
1 can Tomato sauce 16 oz can, divided between sauce and loaf.
1 large Egg
1 teaspoon Seasoning
1 med Green pepper

Sauce

1/2 cup Water
3 teaspoon Vinegar
3 teaspoons Brown sugar
2 teaspoons Mustard
1 cup Tomato sauce
2 teaspoons Butter

Recipe



Combine the beef, bread crumbs, onion, 8 ozs tomato sauce, egg, seasoning and green pepper
mix well and place in loaf pan I use a glass 8X11 pan
place the loaf in the middle of pan leaving room all around.
Combine all sauce ingredients into pan,
heat to boiling,
pour over and around the loaf,
bake at 350F" for one hour
spoon sauce over meat occasionally
