Beef Noodle Bake

1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 small onion
2 cans (8 oz each) tomato sauce
1 cup sour cream
1 package ( 3 oz) cream cheese softened and cubed
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
7 cups wide egg nodles cooked and drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


In a skillet cook beef and onion,drain

Remove from heat stir in tomato sauce,sour cream,cream cheese,sugar and garlic salt.mix till well blended
place half of noodles in a greased 13-in.x 9-in.x2 in dish
top with half of beef mixture.repeat layers.

Cover and bake 350 for 35 min or till heated through.Sprinkle with cheese bake till cheese is melted
