Meatballs and Gravy

List of Ingredients




2 lbs. ground beef
3 slices of bread, torn into small pieces
1 cup of milk
1 medium onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Milk to fill 1 soup can



Recipe



Mix first group of ingredients in order given.

Form mixture into small balls. Brown meatballs in a pan.

Arrange meatballs in baking dish or roaster pan.

Mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup with one soup can of milk.

Pour this mixture over meatballs in pan.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours
