Macaroni & Cheese Salad
1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
2 Tsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup frozen English peas, thawed
Cook pasta according to pkg directions, rinse & drain. Toss pasta with 2 Tsp oil in large bowl.
Stir together mayonnaise & next 3 ingredients; pour over pasta. Add ham & remaining ingredients; toss. Cover & chill at least 1 hr. Pack in a thermos.
