    Cilantro-Lime Butter

    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 teaspoon grated lime rind
    1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
    1 tablespoon choped fresh cilantro

    Chive-Mustard Butter

    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
    1/2 teaspon dry mustard
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Horseradish-Parsley Butter

    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 tablespon chopped fresh parsley
    1 tablespoon country-style Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

    Jalapeno-Chili Butter

    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
    1 teaspoon chili powder

    Garlic-Basil Butter

    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
    1 garlic clove, minced

    *DIRECTIONS FOR ALL BUTTERS:

    Combine all ingredients, stirring well.

    Yield: 1/2 cup each.
