Dry Rub for Wings
Dry Rub:
1/2 cup Colonel Paul's Creole Spice
1/2 cup Lemon Pepper
1/2 cup Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning
1/2 cup powdered garlicRecipe
Blend spices and rub on chicken.
Smoke at 265 degrees over wood smoke for ~ 2 hours until chicken is at least 190 degrees internal temperature.
Remove from smoker and dip in your favorite wing sauce.
Serve with Ranch dressing.
