2 packages frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
1 cup crushed cheese crackers
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 jar (2 ounces) pimiento, chopped
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Cook and drain broccoli. Arrange broccoli in a buttered casserole. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese and spoon over broccoli.
Top with pimiento, crackers and nuts.
Bake at 350º for 20 to 30 minutes.
