    This is very close to being a CUSTARD pie. Very simple and quick to prepare. A hot cup of coffee and this pie will be all you need for a good "comfort" minute.

    List of Ingredients




    4 eggs
    1 c. coconut
    6 T. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 t. salt
    1/4 t. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1 t. vanilla

    Recipe



    Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend 10 seconds at a time, 3 or 4 times. Pour into a greased and floured pie plate (two 9 in.). Bake @ 350* for 30 to 35 min or until set and top is golden, this makes its own crust
