    Notes: Potentially hazardous food. Food Safety Standards: Hold food for service at an internal temperature above 140°F. Do not mix old product with new. Cool leftover product quickly (within 4 hours) to below 41°

    List of Ingredients




    5 ounces fish fillets
    1 pound margarine, melted
    28 ounces bread crumbs
    12 ounces all-purpose flour
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
    1 tablespoon seasoned salt
    1 teaspoon marjoram
    1 teaspoon grated lemon peel, fresh

    Recipe



    1. Dip fish in margarine (see Notes).

    2. Combine bread crumbs, flour, and seasonings.

    3. Dredge fish with crumb mixture and place on greased baking pans.

    4. Bake at 375°F for approximately 10 minutes for each inch of thickness, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork at thickest part and internal temperature is 145°F.
