Focaccia with Herb Cheees Spread

Yield: 4 Focaccia Rounds
Notes: Potentially hazardous food. Serve with 2 hours after heating cheese topping. If not used within 2 hours, refrigerate at below 41°F, or discard.
Serve as an appetizer or as an accompaniment to soup or salad.
List of Ingredients
focaccia
2 cups nonfat cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups low-fat sour cream
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
3 ounces parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
1/3 cup fresh chives, minced
1/2 cup minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon black pepperRecipe
1. Prepare Focaccia.
2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a mixer bowl. Beat on low speed until smooth.
3. Add cheese, herbs, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
4. Spread 6-8 oz of spread on top of Focaccia rounds and broil 6 inches from heat until spread melts (1-2 minutes). Cut into narrow strips or wedges. Serve warm.
