    Spread, Blue Cheese-Tomato

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
    1 pkg. (4 oz.) Blue Cheese, Crumbled
    3/4 cup Mayonnaise
    2/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
    1/2 cup minced fresh basil or parsley



    Recipe

    Place sun-dried tomatoes in small bowl; add boiling water to cover. Let stand 30 minutes or until tomatoes are soft and plumped. Drain and chop; set aside.

    Beat cream cheese and blue cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Stir in tomatoes, mayonnaise, pecans and basil. Refrigerate.
