Tiny rounds of bread, cut with a 1-inch cookie cutter
Recipe
1. Mix the mayonnaise and cheese until like soft butter.
2. Place a little chopped onion on each round of bread. Cover with mayonnaise mixture.
3. Broil until puffed and browned. Serve immediately. (Can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated before broiling. Quantities of ingredients depend upon amount of bread used.)
