    Dip, Healthy Cottage Cheese-Dill

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup fat-free or low-fat cottage cheese
    1 green onion, cut up
    2 tbsp snipped fresh parsley
    1 tbsp snipped fresh dill or dried dillweed
    1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp pepper
    Dash garlic powder
    Assorted vegetable dippers or crackers

    Recipe

    1. In a food processor bowl or blender container place the cottage cheese, green onion, parsley, dill, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and garlic powder. Cover and process or blend until smooth.

    2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with vegetable dippers or crackers.
