    Herb Marinated Olives

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup olive oil

    1/2 cup sherry vinegar (6 tablespoons white vinegar and 2 tablespoons dry sherry)

    1/2 teaspoon marjoram

    1/2 teaspoon rosemary

    1/2 teaspoon thyme

    2 cloves garlic, slivered

    2 (5.75 ounce) cans colossal, ripe, pitted olives

    Recipe



    1. Combine all ingredients except olives in a heavy duty zip-lock plastic bag or shallow dish.

    2. Add olives; toss or stir. Seal. Chill for 8 hours.
