    Mexican Deviled Eggs

    8 hard boiled eggs

    1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

    1/4 cup mayonnaise

    1/4 cup salsa

    2 tablespoons sliced green onions

    1 tablespoon sour cream

    Salt to taste

    Recipe



    1. Peel and slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and set whites aside in a small bowl.

    2. Mash yolks with cheese, mayonnaise, salsa, onions, sour cream and salt.

    3. Evenly fill the egg whites. Chill before serving.
