    List of Ingredients




    1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

    1(3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

    2 to 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish

    3 (12-ounce) packages sliced salami

    Green onion tops (optional)

    Recipe



    1. Combine first 3 ingredients. Spread 1-1/2 teaspoons of mixture on each salami slice; roll up, and secure with a wooden pick.

    2. If desired, cut green onion tops into long strips and tie around rolled salami slices; remove wooden picks.

    Yield: 36
