    List of Ingredients




     1 pound large shrimp, cleaned
     8 ounces light cream cheese
     1 clove garlic, minced
     1 Jalapenos pepper, seeded and minced
     2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

    Recipe



    Boil shrimp for 45 seconds or until pink. Drain shrimp and refresh with cold running water for 3 minutes. Pat dry. Butterfly shrimp.

    Mix cream cheese, garlic, jalapenos and cilantro. Put mixture in a pastry tube and chill for 30 minutes. Pipe the cheese in butterflied crevice of each shrimp. Refrigerate for one hour.
