    12 cherry tomatoes

    1 can of smoked oysters (colossal-size works best)


    Recipe



    1. Drain the oysters.

    2. Remove the stem top from the tomatoes. Cut a large "X" in the top of each tomato. Stuff each tomato with an oyster.

    3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.

    Makes 12
