    Biscuits, Carolyn's Tiny Herb Biscuits

    Recipe Introduction


    This recipe was given to me by a friend. I've served these tiny biscuits several times for company meals. They are a delicious accompaniment to a big meal without being too filling.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (8 oz)
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 1-1/2 tsp parsley flakes
    • 1/2 tsp dill weed
    • 1/4 tsp onion flakes


    Instructions


    1. Separate biscuits and cut each one into quarters.

    2. Melt the butter in a 9 inch pie pan. Mix in the herbs. Coat each biscuit piece and fit all in pan.

    3. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let sit for about 5 minutes to absorb.
