Pie, Magic Coconut Custard

My brother gave me this recipe. It came via an employee of Macy's.





List of Ingredients



• 3 large eggs
  
• 1/2 cup Bisquick
  
• 1-1/2 cups shredded coconut
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 1 tsp vanilla
  
• 1 stick butter
  
• 2 cups milk
  






Instructions



1. Place all ingredients in a food processor. Blend for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie tin. Bake at 350F for 55 minutes. (Bisquick makes the crust.)
