Pie, Sunshine Ice Cream
List of Ingredients
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
1 graham cracker crust, 8-9"
1 pint orange sherbet, softened
2 cups Whipped topping
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained, 11 oz
2 tablespoons coconut, toasted
Recipe
1. Spread ice cream into the crust; spread sherbet over ice cream. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
2. Top with whipped topping. Cover and freeze.
3. Thirty min before serving, remove pie from the freezer; arrange oranges on top and sprinkle with coconut.
