    Apricot Catalina Chicken Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces.
    1 8 ounce jar apricot preserves
    1 8 ounce bottle Catalina salad dressing
    1 packet dry onion soup mix

    Recipe

    Place chicken in casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve over rice.
