    List of Ingredients




    4 cups (3 to 5 medium) zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick

    1-1/2 cups Bisquick

    1-1/2 cups shredded C cheese (6 ounces)

    1 cup chopped onion

    1 (6-1/2 ounce) can crabmeat or tuna, drained and flaked

    1/2 cup vegetable oil

    3 eggs, lightly beaten

    1 teaspoon oregano

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Grease a 12 x 7-1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.

    2. Combine all ingredients; spread in prepared dish.

    3. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 to 30 minutes.

    Serves 6
