    List of Ingredients




    2-1/2 cups water

    1-1/2 cups uncooked regular rice

    1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of celery soup, undiluted

    1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of onion soup, undiluted

    1 (10-ounce) can tomatoes and green chilies, undrained and chopped

    1 pound smoked sausages, cut into 1/2-inch slices

    1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

    Recipe



    1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a lightly greased shallow 3-quart baking dish; cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes.

    2. Stir in sausage and shrimp. Cover and bake an additional 20 minutes or until rice is done.

    Serves 8
