    Instant mashed potatoes for 8

    1 tablespoon onion flakes

    1 cup low fat sour cream

    2 cups small curd cottage cheese, creamed in blender

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    2 tablespoons butter

    1 teaspoon paprika(optional)

    Recipe



    1. Prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions; add onion flakes, sour cream with salt and pepper.

    2. Place in a greased casserole dish; dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.

    3. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
