    1 pound medium shrimp, shelled and deveined

    1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

    1 can mushrooms, drained

    1 cup cooked rice

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    1 cup heavy cream

    1/2 cup ketchup

    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

    1/2 cup butter or margarine

    Recipe



    1. Sauté mushrooms in butter; add ketchup, cream, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning.

    2. Combine rice, shrimp and cheese. Add to cream mixture.

    3. Place in casserole dish and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes in a 350 degree F. oven.

    Serves 6
