In a 3-quart casserole dish, combine macaroni, tuna and tomato. 2. Combine cheese soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce and 2 ounces grated cheese. Heat until cheese melts. 3. Add to macaroni in casserole. Top with buttered crumbs mixed with 2 ounces grated cheese. 4. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 375 degrees F. oven for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8
