    List of Ingredients




    2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    2 tablespoons brown sugar

    1 tablespoon soy sauce

    1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes

    1 teaspoon fresh ginger root, grated

    1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke

    1 cup chili sauce (Use chili sauce that is similar to ketchup, not the hot spicy variety with chili peppers.)

    1/4 cup green onions; chopped

    4 pounds spareribs, cut in single ribs

    Recipe



    1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except ribs. Dip each rib into sauce. Place coated ribs in cooker.

    2. Pour remaining sauce over ribs in pot. Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours or until meat is tender.
