    Cherry Crisp

    From Southern Living Annual Recipes, 1991


    List of Ingredients


    • 21 oz can cherry pie filling
    • 2 tsp lemon juice
    • 2 tbsp flour
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 1/2 cup regular oats
    • Vanilla ice cream


    Instructions


    1. Combine cherry pie filling and lemon juice. Spoon into a lightly greased 1 quart casserole.
    2. Combine the flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender until crumbly. Stir in oats.
    3. Sprinkle over pie filling and bake at 425F for 20-24 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
