    2-1/3 cups buttermilk baking mix

    1/2 cup milk

    3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

    1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons sugar

    1 pound canned sliced peaches, drained

    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    2/3 cup sour cream

    1 egg

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    2. Combine baking mix, milk, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar in a bowl. Spread in a greased 9-inch square pan. Arrange peach slices on top.

    3. Combine 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon in another bowl and sprinkle over peaches.

    4. Combine sour cream and egg in a bowl and drizzle over top.

    5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

    6. Serve warm and, if desired, with sweetened whipped cream.
