    Applesauce Meatballs

    List of Ingredients




    1-1/2 pounds ground beef

    2 cups corn flakes, crushed

    1 egg, slightly beaten

    3 tablespoons dried minced onion

    2/3 cups applesauce

    1-1/2 teaspoons salt

    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    1 (10-1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of tomato soup, undiluted

    1/2 cup water


    Recipe



    1. Combine all ingredients except soup and water. Shape meatballs.

    2. Combine soup and water and pour over meatballs.

    3. Bake at 350 degrees F. about 1 hour or until done.

    Serves 4.
