Combine beef, eggs, garlic, parsley, cheese, crumbs, boiling water, salt and pepper. Shape into oval balls. 2. Heat oil in skillet; brown meatballs on all sides. Remove from heat; set aside. 3. Strain fat from skillet into a large saucepan. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste and 1-1/2 cans water. Bring to boil; simmer 45 minutes. 4. Add meatballs to sauce; simmer 45 minutes longer.
