1. Sprinkle chops with garlic and onion powder. Brown on both sides in hot oil in a large skillet.
2. Add remaining ingredients, except parsley. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until chops are tender.
3. Remove chops to a warm serving platter. Cook sauce mixture over medium-high heat 3 minutes or until thickened. Spoon sauce over chops. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
