    Pork, Cornbread Stuffing Bake

    List of Ingredients




    1-1/2 cups cornbread stuffing

    1 can cream of celery soup

    1/2 cup whole kernel corn

    1 small onion, finely chopped

    1/4 cup finely chopped celery

    4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick

    1 tablespoon packed brown sugar

    1 teaspoon spicy-brown mustard


    Recipe



    1. Mix stuffing, soup, corn, onion and celery. Spoon into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Top with chops.

    2. Mix sugar and mustard and spoon over chops.

    3. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until done.

    Serves 4.
