    List of Ingredients




    4 pork chops (about 1 pound)

    1 can condensed tomato soup

    1/2 cup water

    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    6 to 8 small whole potatoes, or 3 medium, quartered

    4 small carrots, split lengthwise and cut into 2-inch pieces

    1/2 teaspoon caraway seed OR 1/2 teaspoon oregano (both optional)

    Recipe



    1. In skillet, brown chops. Pour off fat.

    2. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; cook over low heat 45 minutes or until tender.

    Serves 4
