3/4 pounds boneless beefsteak, 3/4-inch thick, cut into thin slices
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup onion, sliced
1 can low fat condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 cups hot cooked rice

1. Spray a heavy nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium- high heat 1 minute. Sauté beef 4 to 5 minutes, or until browned. Set beef aside.
2. Reduce heat to medium. Remove pan from heat. Spray with cooking spray. Sauté mushrooms and onion 4 to 5 minutes or until tender.
3. Add soup, water, and mustard. Bring to a boil. Return beef to pan and heat thoroughly. Serve over cooked rice.
