    1 pound linguine (or angel hair pasta,) uncooked

    1-3/4 cups milk

    5 tablespoons Grey Poupon Dijon mustard

    1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic

    1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

    1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

    2. Meanwhile, heat milk, mustard, garlic and Italian seasoning almost to a boil; remove from heat.

    3. Toss cooked pasta with milk mixture and Parmesan cheese.

    Serves 4.
