    Linguine w/Mushrooms and Garlic

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound linguine, cooked al dente

    1 pound mushrooms, thinly sliced

    4 cups garlic, sliced thin

    4 tablespoons butter

    3 tablespoons olive oil

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    1. Saute garlic in 1 tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil until wilted. Add mushrooms and saute until they are beginning to dry out a bit. Add the remaining butter and oil and allow to melt.

    2. Season with salt and pepper and toss with cooked, drained linguine to thoroughly incorporate ingredients. Taste, adjust seasoning.

    Serves 4
