    List of Ingredients

    1 pound linguine

1/3 cup black olives, pitted and finely chopped

1 small can tuna fish, drained and flaked

    1-1/4 tablespoons chopped capers

    2 cloves garlic, crushed

    1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

    Recipe

    1. Cook the linguine for 11 minutes in boiling, salted water.

    2. Meanwhile, sauté the crushed garlic with the capers and olives in the olive oil. Add a few spoonfuls of the boiling pasta water, and then add the chopped parsley and some freshly ground pepper. Cook for a few minutes; remove from heat and add the tuna.

    3. Drain the linguine and place in a serving dish. Add the well-heated sauce, mix well and serve.
