Heat the oil in a large soup pot. Add the onion, garlic and carrots. Cook until just soft. 2. Add the tomatoes, basil, zucchini and broth. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the beans and cook for 5 minutes longer. 3. Cook and drain the pasta. Toss in the cheese. 4. Place in bowls and top with the vegetable sauce. Serves 6 to 8
