    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup white wine

    Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

    1/4 cup good quality olive oil

    1/4 stick butter

    3 tablespoons chopped garlic

    Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

    16 ounces thin spaghetti or vermicelli, cooked according to package directions

    2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

    Recipe



    1. Melt the butter in olive oil. Add garlic and sauté for 5 minutes on low.

    2. Add wine and simmer for 5 minutes.

    3. Toss with pasta and garnish with parsley. Serve hot with grated cheese on the side. Serve with crusty bread and salad.
