    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup bread crumbs

    1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

    1 clove garlic, minced

    1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)

    1 egg white, lightly beaten

    4 ounces reduced-fat Muenster cheese or reduced-fat Swiss cheese, thinly sliced

    Recipe

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a medium baking dish with vegetable cooking spray. On a sheet of waxed paper, combine crumbs, Parmesan, oregano, garlic and pepper. Mix well.

    2. Dip chicken into egg white, allowing any excess to drip back into bowl. Dredge chicken in crumbs mixture, patting so crumbs adhere. Place in prepared baking dish.

    3. Bake chicken until cooked through and no longer pink, about 20 minutes. Place Muenster cheese evenly on top of chicken. Bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes longer. Place chicken on a serving dish. Serve immediately.
