    List of Ingredients




    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

    4 thin slices Prosciutto

    4 slices mozzarella cheese

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Dijon Soup

    3/4 cup orange juice

    1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage or 1 teaspoon dry rubbed sage

    1/2 cup drained Mandarin orange segments



    Recipe



    1. Cut a lengthwise pocket in each chicken breast. Stuff each with 1 slice Prosciutto and 1 slice cheese.

    2. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.

    3. Add soup, orange juice and sage. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 min. or until done.

    4. Add Mandarin orange segments. Heat through.

    Serves 4.
