    List of Ingredients




    2 to 2-1/2 pounds broiler-fryer pieces
    2 tablespoons butter or margarine
    1/2 cup Heinz 57 Sauce
    1/2 cup water

    Recipe



    1. Brown chicken in skillet in butter.

    2. Combine 57 Sauce and water; pour over chicken. Cover; simmer, basting occasionally, 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.

    3. Remove cover last 10 minutes of cooking. Skim excess fat from sauce before serving.

    4. Spoon sauce over chicken. Makes about 3/4 cup sauce.
