Rice Melange
List of Ingredients
1 can beef consomme, (10-1/2 ounces)
1 can French onion soup, undiluted, (10-1/2 ounces)
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1-1/2 cups uncooked long-grain rice
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
Recipe
1. Combine all ingredients; stir well. Pour into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
2. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
