    1/2 cup whipping cream

    2 tablespoons grated sweetened coconut

    2 tablespoons lime juice

    1 tablespoon grated lime or lemon rind

    2 teaspoons honey

    1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

    Recipe



    1. Combine ingredients in a blender; whirl until fluffy.

    2. Fold mixture into 1/4 cup mayonnaise. Serve on fruit salads.
