    HOLIDAY CHEESE BALL 1

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 – 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
    • 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
    • 2 cups chopped pecans (1 cup in the ball and 1 cup for outside
    • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    • 1 tsp. salt


    Instructions


    1. Let cream cheese stand at room temperature until softened. Cream the cheese and gradually stir in drained, crushed pineapple. When smooth, add 1 cup of the nuts, green pepper, onion and salt. Form into a ball and roll in remaining nuts. Garnish with pineapple and fresh parsley. Chill Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before serving.
